Paul came to me having had a bad experience with another local and apparently German car specialist tuning company in our area. He had been quoted £400 for a stage 1 remap for his Audi A7 performance. He took his A7 to them and left for the day. At the end of the day, he was contacted and informed that his vehicle could not be mapped via the OBD port using the Kess tool. They should never have even tried with that tool. German car specialists, apparently...
My final word on this: Don't be sucked in without doing your research on Audi A7 performance remaps. Find someone who speaks the truth and whom you can trust.
Paul came to remap my Audi A7 3.0 TDI 50 Quattro as there were a few flat spots on acceleration. Very polite, explained everything throughout the whole Audi A7 performance remap process, and an overall decent gent. The Audi A7 was mapped with no problem, and it runs like a dream!
